I am on an indoor twirling squad for my school. We use baton tape to tape ours. The only thing is it leaves a very sticky coating on your batons. so we started putting black electrical tape on first and then we tape over it with the baton tape. It cuts down on the residue greatly. The baton tape is great becase you can get in in about every color imaginable. Hope I was of some help. Good Luck!
