I work for our local YMCA and both of my daughters are involved in our high school colorguard and winterguard.
My personal opinion is that if the YMCA began a cadet guard for grades 4,5,6 & 7 possibly we could have girls enter the middle school/high school guard with knowledge and proper background. Also....does anyone have pros or cons on this idea? I am interested in both.
Suggestons on where to point me as far as where to get equipment, ideas, floor, rules and regulations, etc? ANY help would be more than helpful!!!
