Colorguard Assistant

I wanted to inquire if anyone in the DC/MD/VA had need of an assistant. I will work
for free, I want to gain experience before I strike out on my own. I have been in
Colorguard for eight years, four years in high school and I'm in my fourth year at the
University of Maryland. I was captain of my high school and am now Section Leader
for the Maryland Silks. I have many ideas for shows and props--I just need an outlet!
If anyone can tell me a good place to search for job openings it would be greatly
appreciated! Thank you very much!
