Today My colorguard had a major falling-out
We have 2 instructors. One makes up really nice routines, but she is never there. The other one is always there for us, but she isn't very creative. Since November, they have come up with only 90 seconds for our winterguard show. Our 1st competition is in 3 weeks!! We have to learn at least 3 minutes in 3 weeks. How can that happen if we only got 90 seconds from 3 months? The less creative instructor was deeply offended today when she found out how we felt about her routine. She says she's not coming back. The other instructor is really letting us down. She never comes to practice. If we can't count on either of them to make up the rest of the routine, what are we to do?
