Hi. Fred J. Miller also puts out a video every year of it's summer clinics for about $25. They don't actually teach the routines on the video, it's more of a reminder for the people who attended the clinic, but they're sum pretty good basic routines (usually about 8 or 9, 30 second routines) that you might get some ideas from. But if you do order i recommend back ordering from past years, because this years video is more like a 20 minute commercial for the camp, which doesn't make sense because the only people who know about the video are the people who already went.

Other than that and the WGI videos somebody else already mentioned, you might try baton twirling videos. A lot of the tricks can be modified for guard equipment.
