in my guard any time you talk back or don't do your work you have to do push up or run laps or what ever we think of. And if you don't take care of your work you get takeing out of the show, We have kicked 3 people out of our guard for talking back or not doing your work. and we only have about 5 out of 30 peole on the mate at a time becaus of people not doing what they are told
