I have a whole bunch of WGI videos that cover everything from equipment technique to writing a show to teaching techniques. They're listed as $50, but every time I've checked the Web site (wgi.org) they're "on sale" for $30. The instructors guide to flag technique sounds like the best fit for what you're looking for. It also comes with a booklet that gave me some good ideas.
