Hey, everybody, how are you? Anyway, here's my problem. I want to try out for junior captain in my guard this summer. But there's girl that is almost sure to make it, and since our guard instructor only picks one junior captain, I was wondering if I should try out anyway. I would really appriciate your advice!

P.S. How tired of not being able to find any good guard sites, or sites that say they're "guard-friendly" but only focus on drill teams?
