My guard is having some Major problems.
We have 2 instructors. They have decided to split our routine into separate parts and they are not really going to work together. One of our instructors is really creative and has a lot of skills. They only problem with her is that she never comes to practice. Our other instructor is 100% dedicated to us, but she can't control us and can never make up her mind about what she wants us to do.
I'm a sophomore and captain of this guard. The people in it just won't practice or pay attention. They just gossip and complain all the time.
Is there anything I can do to change the way my instructors act? How do I deal with certain peoples' attitude problems? What can I do to gain control of my guard?
