Kandis~

There are many collegite guard scholarships, but
first you should narrow down the search by locating
the colleges or universities you're interested in
attending.

For example, if you were intested in the University
of Kandis (just work with me!), you would check out the
Marching Kandis Band. You would find out that there are several
band scholarships that colorguard members can qualify
for. Also, if you make it, you'd recieve a $75 dollar
stipend; for section leaders, it's $200. No one
pays for anything, either, in the Marching Kandis
Band, except for shoes. You'd even get money for food
at away games.

So except for the name of the University, most collegiate
bands work exactly this way. Find out first which colleges
you want to attend, then see if they have a website you
can check out to see if they have quality band and guard
programs that offer scholarships.

Good Luck!
