fundraising?

Hey, I'm in winterguard now ( was only a clarinet player a few months ago) and 'm trying to figure out some way to make money for both the band in Spring time and for the winter guard right now. Does anyone have any ideas? I've heard of people doing "spin-a-thons" but I don't really know how that goes. I need something that everyone will want to participate in.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
