Help with toss

Hi! I am in a colorgaurd and here is a tip on the tosses. Good Luck!
when you do a toss, you have to time when the flag is thrown into the air, and when you catch the toss. Iff you catch to early, try putting more power into the toss or added a prep move lik a mini circle in the front to add to the momentum to get the toss higher.
