If this does not resolve the problem then it sounds like it is time for a 'family' meeting! Ask your captains to address this issue with the entire guard. This will help solve any rumors that may start and can help to build unity back into your guard. If this is happening to one of the members and has not been resolved by talking with your captains, then chances are it is happening to more than just you! Good luck!
