new flag needs help

hey, peeps! i'm a freshman in high school and i really want to make a colorguard...i know a few friends that want to join 2, but we were cut when i first joined. i've already figured out that to make one, we have to have a new sponser and a new instrucer, new flags, new uniforms, and more people to try out. i go to a small high school in west virgina that has only 20 in band. if any one has any ideas of how to help me and my friends, please feel free to voice your opinion!!
