its not that hard. find one other person and boom, you got a color guard. what you may be wondering is how do you start a GOOD color guard. cant help you much there, all i know is you need a lot of money (well, depending on the size of your guard) support from the board of education, and a guard instructor.
oh yeah, and a marching band. that always helps.
