HELP ME!!!

I am the current captain of my high school color guard. I have been in color guard since the 7th grade and we are on the same level as we were in junior high. We do the same slams and twirls. Please help me!! What are:
windmills
parallels
tosses
drop spins
speed spins
butterflies
I need as much help as possible, please try to define and explain these things. I would appreciate this soooo much!!
