Wanting to start my own corps

I am trying to get my own flag corps started, but I have no clue how to start. I am currently teaching for a Baton and Drum Corps, but they treat me and my students very poorly. I have tried to get in touch with people from AYOP and NBTA, but no one will answer me. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
