: : Hi,
: : I am and 18 year old college student looking to coach a colorguard in the San Fernando/Santa Clarita/or Pamdale areas...I am currently marching with an Independant A Winterguard Based out of Burbank. I hope people are interested. Thanks.

: hi there,
: well, i'm a sophomore at this magnet school and i'm trying to start up my own color gaurd team. it's been my dream to be a flaggie, but the fact that i go to a magnet school ruined it, but i'm trying my best to get one started. if you have any information on how i might be able to start one would be a big help for me. I live in the torrance/ carson/ long beach area, so if you could input anything, it would be a great help. Thanks.

Melanie,
HI, I am not quite sure how you would be able to start a colorguard at your school. I do know that it will involve bringing it up to the School District, and your principal... You live in an area where you would have a few choices of Independant Guards to join... You might also want to think about that. I know that "Solution" (a Good Independant Guard) is from somewhere around there. They have three Guards and you are sure to make one of them even if you don't have any experience! Well, you can find Independant Guards in your area on the internet, just contact them and they would be more than happy to help you!!! Hope I helped some... GOOD LUCK!
