I was having trouble a while ago, and this excersice really helps. There are small 2 pound weights that you can strap on your ankles. Get those, and strap them on your lower ankle. And try doing your toe touches on a trampoline. You would be surprised how far up you can get when you step off of the trampoline and take the weights off. But this will NEVER beat just plain ol hard work and sit-up, and leg-presses!!!!
