Hi, I'm running for captain of my varisty cheering team. We have to write a speech and read it to the whole team, then each cheerleader gets 2 votes. I need help writing my speech. I have been on the varsity team since i was a freshman, so its been 3 years going on 4. I am also captain of my soccer team and I really want to make a diference on my cheering team.
